Guests that are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 are welcome to walk around the property without a face covering or the need to physically distance.
Guests who have not received their full COVID-19 vaccine will be required to wear an appropriate face covering and maintain proper social distance.
Full vaccination against COVID-19 is defined as two or more weeks after the second dose in a two-dose series (Pfizer or Moderna), or one dose of a single-dose vaccine (Johnson & Johnson).
Guests should be prepared to provide their own mask, as a limited supply will be available to Guests.
In order to comply with recent CDC guidelines, face coverings with exhalation valves or vents are not permitted.
No one under the age of 21 will be allowed in the casino, restaurants or hotel.
In addition to routine cleaning, the property has implemented enhanced cleaning procedures including increasing the frequency of disinfecting restrooms to every hour, sanitizing gaming machines multiple times during shifts, as well as sanitizing door handles, doors, courtesy phones, tables, chairs, handrails, and other high touch and high traffic areas multiple times a day.
The property currently has hand-sanitizing stations for Team Member and Guest use. They are located at each entry, food venue and throughout the resort.
Upon entry to the resort each Guest and Team Member will be subject to a scan for symptoms and a contactless temporal scan. Those exhibiting a fever or symptoms will be asked to return at a later date when symptoms are clear.
Guests can expect markings on the floors in front of cage cashiers, myViejas Rewards Club, hotel front desks, kiosks, ATMs, V Store, and Promotional service areas.
Safety barriers will be placed in close contact areas.
